Questa foto della Nebulosa Crescent è stata scattata il 14 agosto 2004 sul Monte Labro (GR) al fuoco diretto di un telescopio Vixen R200SS (200 mm F:4) su montatura EQ6 con Skysensor 2000PC. L'esposizione, su pellicola Fuji Provia 400F esposta a 400 ISO, è stata di 35 minuti con inseguimento effettuato mediante autoguida SBIG St-4 su rifrattore 102/500 in parallelo. Successivamente la diapositiva è stata scannerizzata con uno scanner dia Minolta Dimage Scan Dual III, e processata mediante applicazione di uno stretching, maschera sfocata e bilanciamento dei colori. This photo of the Crescent Nebula was taken on august 14, 2004 on the Labro Mount, in Italy, near Grosseto, at the prime focus of a Vixen R200SS telescope (200 mm F:4) using a Syntha Eq6 mount with Vixen Skysensor 2000PC. I exposed the film Fuji Provia 400F, pushed at 400 ISO for 35 minutes with a autoguide SBIG ST-4 on a small refractor 102/500. Then I scanned the slide with a Minolta Dimage Scan Dual III scanner, and processed the file with a stretching, an unsharp mask and, last, a color balance.
