La nebulosa Pacman (NGC 281) The Pacman nebula (NGC 281) in Cassiopeia A.R. 00h53m00s - Decl. +56°37'00"

Questa foto della nebulosa Ngc 281 è stata scattata il 22 settembre 2006 da Arcidosso (GR) al fuoco diretto di un telescopio Vixen R200SS (200 mm F:4) su montatura EQ6 e Vixen Skysensor 2000PC. L'esposizione è la somma di 5 frames da 6 minuti ciascuno con la Canon EOS300D modificata con filtro Baader settata a 400 ISO, è stata effettuata con autoguida Sbig St-4 su un rifrattore 102/500 in parallelo. Successivamente i frames sono stati sommati con Registar, e processate mediante creazione di un file di luminanza in bianco e nero, applicazione di uno stretching, maschera sfocata, bilanciamento dei colori e riduzione del rumore. This photo of the PacMan nebula (NGC 281)  in Cassiopeia was taken on september 22, 2006 from Arcidosso, in Italy, near Grosseto, at the prime focus of a Vixen R200SS telescope (200 mm F:4) using a Syntha Eq6 mount with Vixen Skysensor 2000PC. The photo is the sum of 5 frames of 6 minutes using a modified Canon Eos 300D Digital Rebel camera (with Baader filter) at 400 ISO and they were taken with an autoguide Sbig St-4 on a small refractor 102/500. Then I summed the frames with Registar, and processed the file with the creation of a luminance file in b&w, a stretching, an unsharp mask, a color balance and, last, a noise reduction.
