Le esposizioni, con una fotocamera digitale Canon Eos 300D con filtro modificato, sono state effettuate con inseguimento mediante rifrattore 102/500 in parallelo e autoguida SBIG ST4. Successivamente i frames sono stati sommati con Registar, e processate mediante compositazione, applicazione di uno stretching, maschera sfocata, bilanciamento dei colori e riduzione del rumore. The sequence is as follow 10 pictures of 5 seconds at 100 ISO taken on 2006, 03 november 10 pictures of 10 seconds at 100 ISO taken on 2006, 03 november 10 pictures of 20 seconds at 100 ISO taken on 2006, 03 november 15 pictures of 20 seconds at 200 ISO taken on 2006, 03 november 15 pictures of 20 seconds at 400 ISO taken on 2006, 03 november 18 pictures of 40 seconds at 400 ISO taken on 2006, 03 november 21 pictures of 120 seconds at 400 ISO taken on 2006, 18 november 3 pictures of 240 seconds at 400 ISO taken on 2006, 18 november 15 pictures of 240 seconds at 400 ISO taken on 2006, 25 november 11 pictures of 600 seconds at 400 ISO taken on 2006, 25 november Each photo was taken from Arcidosso, in Italy, near Grosseto, at the prime focus of a Vixen R200SS telescope (200 mm F:4) using a Syntha Eq6 mount with Vixen Skysensor 2000PC. The photos using a modified Canon Eos 300D Digital Rebel camera were taken with an autoguide Sbig St-4 on a small refractor 102/500. Then I summed the frames with Registar, joined together, and processed the files, using a stretching, an unsharp mask, a color balance and, last, a noise reduction.
